About

Fitness has been a part of my life for over a decade, but it took me years of trial and error to understand the importance of good programming.

In early adulthood, I began strength training as a way to build some curves and definition (I grew up with a fairly small frame and always wanted more shape to my figure). I spent hours each week in the gym, dabbling in and out of fitness for many years, with less progress than I would have liked.

After years of being in the gym and doing various workouts with no real structure, I finally began educating myself and learning more about what a good program looks like in order to achieve optimal results (without the need to work out as much as I had been doing).

I’m passionate about resistance training and building muscle, not only for strength, better movement, and body composition, but because muscle mass heavily influences the progression of age-related diseases and mortality. Strength training is a vital tool for longevity, and I hope to help you use this tool in the most efficient and effective way.

All bodies benefit from strength training, and in a culture that has pressured women into being thin, I am dedicated to being a part of a fitness space that flips the script on what women ‘should’ look like.

My goal is to support you in your fitness journey and give you the tools you need to live a healthier, happier life through movement and strength training.

With love and gratitude,

Caroline
